<Q: Can I use a standard size mattress with your beds?

A: Yes. All of our reclaimed wood beds and log beds are designed to take standard size mattresses.

<Q: How long does it take for my order to reach me?

A: 5-60 days, depending on where you are in the lower 48 states, whether we have your reclaimed wood dining furniture in stock, and whether your order is finished or unfinished. If you need your barnwood furniture right away, please call and we can tell you which items we have in stock and how quickly we can get it to you.

<What if a semi truck can't get to my home?

If an 18-wheeler can't reach your home, please contact us before placing your order and let us know the items you want to order and your shipping zip code. If you are willing to meet the 18-wheeler at a near-by location, that usually can be arranged. If we need to arrange for a smaller truck to get the furniture to you, there may a special delivery charge. <Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

<Q: Do you collect sales tax?

A: We charge sales tax on items shipped to California locations.

<Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Shipping to other countries is often expensive and problematic. Shipping is free on orders over $139 to the lower 48 states, however we will ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada if the buyer is willing to pick up the incremental cost for shipping beyond the 48 states. Please call if you have a question in this regard, and we will do our best to accommodate. From Canada - please call 858-876-0599.

<Q: Do you have a print catalog?

A: Due to the wide range of items offered and our desire to maintain the most competitive prices on the web, a print catalog is not available at this time. You may, however, "Shop By Collection" which is a pull-down menu on the left side of every page on our site, which enables you to view all furniture pieces made by a specific manufacturer.

<Q: How often do you add products to your website?

A: Sometimes daily, and at the minimum, weekly. It seems that things are always changing!

<Q: What is the advantage of finishing my furniture?

A: Outside furniture will weather to a gray if left unfinished. Inside furniture will darken slightly, but is fine if left unfinished. A protective finish will keep outside furniture from weathering, and protect inside furniture from crayon marks, fingerprints, and grime that may accumulate in a dusty environment. Some people prefer to finish their furniture themselves, others leave it unfinished, while many others have us finish it for them. In the end, it's all a matter of personal preference.

A: Absolutely not! Our privacy policy is strictly enforced and ensures that your personal information will never be made available to outside sources.

<Q: Can I order online without a credit card?

A: You may order by phone and pay by money order and cashiers check. We are unable to order any furniture or ship until we have received payment, however.

<Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?

A: Our automated and secure online ordering system charges the credit card as soon as you place the order.
